Limited Warranty

One-Year Warranty Against Manufacturing Defects

At IKONIX Bikes, we stand behind the quality of our products. That’s why we offer a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

What’s Covered?

This warranty applies to the original purchaser and covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the original purchase date. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, we will, at our discretion:

  • Replace the product or defective part(s) with a new or refurbished item
  • Provide an equivalent replacement if the exact product is no longer available

What’s Not Covered?

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, accidents,
    or modifications
  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, etc.) after the bike has been put into use
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or third-party parts

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To file a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team at Support@IKONIXBikes.com with the following information:

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

  • Description of the issue and photos, if applicable

  • Serial number (if applicable)

Limitations & Disclaimers

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. It provides specific legal rights, but you may have additional rights under your local consumer protection laws. To the fullest extent permitted by law, IKONIX Bikes is not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
